  • If you are  wheelchair bound, this vessel is wheelchair accessible, but the toilet facilities are not.

This tour operates out of the Airlie Beach, QLD.

Please check-in 15 minutes prior to departure, at address: North Village roundabout/ ‘Meeting Point B‘, at Coral Sea Marina, (near The Kiosk Cafe and Sorrento’s), 1-3 Shingley Dr, Airlie Beach, QLD, 4802.

Customers are NOT contacted UNLESS the trip is cancelled, or the time and/or location of their transfer service is changed. If you don’t hear from anyone, please meet at the time and location stated in your booking details.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing this tour which will provide you with all of the relevant information, e.g. CONTACT NUMBERS,  ADDRESS ETC

This vessel is high-heel safe. Polarised sunglasses are recommended for best viewing through the surface of the water.

Medication: (If you require to take medication throughout the duration of this tour, please remember to bring this with you. If you deem it necessary, please inform a member of staff, on board your vessel, where within your belongings this can be found).

Seasickness Medication: You may experience seasickness out on the open ocean. We suggest that you should speak with your pharmacist in advance of your trip, to seek their advice on seasickness medication. We will not reschedule bookings or issue refunds for those suffering from seasickness.

“Sundowner” is a purpose built catamaran with a spacious open plan entertaining area with ample seating, bar table, a well stocked bar and plenty of space to move around and dance.

Guests can come aboard dressed for dinner and ladies are welcome to leave their heels on. There is a toilet on board.

On board: Maximum 48 passengers.

Please be aware that refund policies do not cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable cancellations.

What if the tour provider cancels?
In the event of poor conditions, minimum numbers not being reached or for any other reason, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If your trip cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, you will receive a full refund.

What if you cancel?

If you wish to cancel/transfer your booking more than 24 hours fromyour departure, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel/transfer between 24 hours and 9am on the day of your departure, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you wish to cancel/transfer your booking less than 24 hours from your departure, you will not receive a full refund.
