  Please be aware that the crew reserves the right to prohibit anyone from participating if they deem it unsafe. If any of the below is not found out until on the day, you may not be permitted to join the tour and you may not receive a refund.

  • If you are pregnant, you can join at your own discretion. 
  • If you are unable to walk on-board or you are wheelchair bound, unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for you.

This tour operates out of the Brunswick Heads, NSW.

Please check-in 15 minutes prior to departure, at address: Brunswick Heads Boat Harbour, 43 Harbour Way, Brunswick Heads, NSW, 2483. 

Cruises depart between 3:30pm & 5pm depending on when sunset is. Please refer to your confirmation email.

Customers are NOT contacted UNLESS the trip is cancelled, or the time and/or location of their transfer service is changed. If you don’t hear from anyone, please meet at the time and location stated in your booking details.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing this tour which will provide you with all of the relevant information, e.g. CONTACT NUMBERS,  ADDRESS ETC

Warm clothing/ windproof jacket, sensible non-slip shoes. Polarised sunglasses are recommended for best viewing through the surface of the water.

Medication: (If you require to take medication throughout the duration of this tour, please remember to bring this with you. If you deem it necessary, please inform a member of staff, on board your vessel, where within your belongings this can be found).

Seasickness Medication – The river is flat and calm, and therefore hasn’t triggered any sea sickness in the 35+ years of operating.

 “Jasmine” is a big stable vessel, ideal for wildlife watching on the river. The main deck is enclosed with ample seating and a licensed bar, there’s an open-top deck above with bench seating, and the bow provides a further area to nature watch from. There’s a toilet onboard.

On board: Maximum 40 passengers.

Please be aware that refund policies do not cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable cancellations.

What if the tour provider cancels?
In the event of poor conditions, minimum numbers not being reached or for any other reason, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If your trip cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, you will receive a full refund.

What if you cancel?

If you wish to cancel/transfer your booking more than 48 hours of your departure, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel/transfer within 48 hours of your departure, you will not receive a refund.
