Price includes:
– Water on board and fresh fruit after your swim. Tea, coffee and light snacks are provided pre departure.
– Spray jackets, dry bags and reef-safe sun cream are provided onboard for your convenience, as well as a floatation device, should you require it.
– Patagonia Yulex wetsuits (Neoprene free, designed for 13°–16° C), Mask*, Snorkel and Fins.
*Corrective Lens Masks aren’t available to hire. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you wear contact lenses or consider purchasing your own prescription mask. These can be ordered through our affiliated dive store, CLICK HERE 

Turtle sightings guaranteed or return for free – If you don’t see Turtles from the boat, you will be provided with the option to return FOC. This is not transferable, is subject to availability and must take place within 12 months of your original tour date.

Please be aware that the crew reserves the right to prohibit anyone from entering the water if they deem it unsafe. If any of the below is not found out until on the day, you may not be permitted to join the tour and you may not receive a refund.

• Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times, on-board or in-water.
• You must be 6+ years old to join this tour. You’ll be asked to confirm this on the following booking page.
• You must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters, unassisted, and have some snorkelling experience. You’ll be asked to confirm this on the following booking page.
• This tour is not suitable for anyone pregnant or with back problems/injuries. You’ll be asked to confirm this on the following booking page.
• If you are unable to walk on-board or are wheelchair bound, unfortunately, you are unable to join this tour.
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are taking prescription medication or you are suffering from any injury or illness, then it is important that the tour provider is made aware in-advance. If they deem it too dangerous or unsafe, they reserve the right to prohibit you entering the water or joining the tour. Please state as such within the ‘Special Requirements’ on the following booking page.

This tour operates out of Tweed Heads (Gold Coast region), NSW.

Please check-in with the team 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time, at address: 139-151 Chinderah Bay Drive, Chinderah, NSW, 2487.

There is street parking available along Chinderah Bay Drive – Please do not park in front of the Cubby Bakehouse.

Customers are NOT contacted UNLESS the trip is cancelled, or the departure time and/or location has changed. If you don’t hear from us, please meet at the time and location stated in your booking details.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing this tour which will provide you with all of the relevant information, e.g. CONTACT NUMBERS,  ADDRESS ETC.

Please wear your swimmers ahead of arrival. Towel, Water Bottle, Sunscreen (Reef safe, please), warm clothing/ windproof jacket, and polarised sunglasses are recommended for best viewing through the surface of the water.

Medication: (If you require to take medication throughout the duration of this tour, please remember to bring this with you. If you deem it necessary, please inform a member of staff, on board your vessel, where within your belongings this can be found).

Seasickness Medication – You may experience seasickness out on the open ocean. We suggest that you should speak with your pharmacist in advance of your trip, to seek their advice on seasickness medication. We will not reschedule bookings or issue refunds for those suffering from seasickness.

A 32ft Safari style open-ocean rib, powered by 2 x 250 HP Suzuki outboard engines. The cushioned “Jockey” seating arrangement allows for a secure and comfortable voyage and provides ample dry storage below.

On board: Maximum of 12 passengers.

Distance to Cook Island: 8km down the river, 4 km from the river mouth..

Please be aware that refund policies do not cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable cancellations.

What if the tour provider cancels?
In the event of poor sea conditions, minimum numbers not being reached or for any other reason, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If your trip cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, you will receive a full refund.

What if you cancel?

If you wish to cancel/transfer your booking more than 24 hours before your departure, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel/transfer your booking within 24 hours of your departure, you will not receive a refund.
