* Corrective Lenses are not available for hire and spectacles can’t be worn with a mask. If you require corrective lenses, we advise that you wear contact lenses or purchase your own prescription mask (well in advance), this can be done at most SCUBA stores or by CLICKING HERE.
If you do not sight dolphins from the vessel, then you will be provided with a return trip free of charge. This is not transferable and is subject to availability. Dolphins are found wild and are not influenced or baited to interact with customers, the swim is entirely on their terms and therefore, swimming with them cannot be guaranteed.
Please be aware that the crew reserves the right to prohibit anyone from entering the water if they deem it unsafe.
Please be aware that if you do not pass the following requirements and this isn’t found until on the day of your tour, you will not be permitted to join the tour and no refund will be issued.
This tour operates out of Emu Bay, Kangaroo Island, SA.
Please check-in with the team 15 minutes before your departure time, at address: Emu Bay Jetty, 35 Hamilton Dr, Emu Bay SA 5223.
(Hamilton Drive is found between Hall street and Buick Street – Parking is available to the left of the jetty)
PLEASE BE AWARE: Boarding times and departure locations are subject to change due to sea conditions and tides. At times, the Kingscote Departure Point, at the Bay of Shoals Boat Ramp is appropriate due to conditions and tides.
Customers are required to contact the tour provider the day prior to their tour (between 3pm and 5pm) to confirm the time and departure location.
You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing this tour which will provide you with all of the relevant information, e.g. CONTACT NUMBERS, ADDRESS ETC
Swimwear (to be worn ahead of arrival), a towel, warm clothing/ windproof jacket, sensible non-slip shoes (Please NO black-soled shoes). Polarised sunglasses are recommended for best viewing through the surface of the water.
Medication: (If you require to take medication throughout the duration of this tour, please remember to bring this with you. If you deem it necessary, please inform a member of staff, on board your vessel, where within your belongings this can be found).
Seasickness Medication – You may experience seasickness out on the open ocean. We suggest that you should speak with your pharmacist in advance of your trip, to seek their advice on seasickness medication. We will not reschedule bookings or issue refunds for those suffering from seasickness.
“Energizer” is a rigged hull RIB, custom built for swimming with Dolphins. The vessel is powered by twin jets (no propellors), keeping you and the marine life safe. There is easy access in/out of the water and comfortable seating.

Please be aware that refund policies do not cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable cancellations.
What if the tour provider cancels?
In the event of poor sea conditions, minimum numbers not being reached or for any other reason, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If your trip cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, you will receive a refund.
What if you cancel?
If you wish to cancel your booking more than 48 hours of your departure, you’ll receive a refund.
If you wish to cancel your booking between 48 hours and 24 hours of your departure, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your departure, you will not receive a refund.
