• Please be aware that the crew reserves the right to prohibit anyone from participating if they deem it unsafe. If any of the below is not found out until on the day, you may not be permitted to join the tour and you may not receive a refund.

  • You must be 130cm or taller to join this tour
  • If you are over 20 weeks pregnant, it is advised that you do not join this tour. 
  • If you are  wheelchair bound, unfortunately, you are unable to join this tour.  
  • If you have a pre-existing back injury you may join the tour at your own discretion. 

This tour operates out of the Airlie Beach, QLD.

Please check-in 15 minutes prior to departure, at address: Coral Sea Marina, 1-3 Shingley Dr, Airlie Beach, QLD, 4802, meeting point B

Customers are NOT contacted UNLESS the trip is cancelled, or the time and/or location of their transfer service is changed. If you don’t hear from anyone, please meet at the time and location stated in your booking details.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing this tour which will provide you with all of the relevant information, e.g. CONTACT NUMBERS,  ADDRESS ETC

You’ll be shown where to stow away bags and shoes upon arrival. Polarised sunglasses are recommended for best viewing through the surface of the water. Don’t forget your towel and swimmers!

Medication: (If you require to take medication throughout the duration of this tour, please remember to bring this with you. If you deem it necessary, please inform a member of staff, on board your vessel, where within your belongings this can be found).

Seasickness Medication: You may experience seasickness out on the open ocean. We suggest that you should speak with your pharmacist in advance of your trip, to seek their advice on seasickness medication. We will not reschedule bookings or issue refunds for those suffering from seasickness.

Viper is a 59 foot monohull jet boat capable of cruising at 36 knots, she is powered by twin v8 900 horsepower Rolls Royce engines which easily make her the faster boat in the Whitsundays! So fast in fact there are seatbelts on board for those choppier days! Viper features a very roomy bathroom and a fantastic sound system for the 1 hour ride to the outer reef snorkel site. If you love boats like we do, Viper will not disappoint!

Please be aware that refund policies do not cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable cancellations.

What if the tour provider cancels?
In the event of poor conditions, minimum numbers not being reached or for any other reason, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If your trip cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, you will receive a full refund.

What if you cancel?
If you wish to cancel/transfer your booking, more than 24 hours from departure, you’ll receive a full refund less credit surcharges.

If you wish to cancel/transfer your booking, less than 24 hours from your departure, you will not receive a refund.
