All participants are priced the same, regardless of age.
Minimum Age*:Â Children under the age of 7Â years are not permitted to join this tour. However, their are exemptions to the rule, subject to conditions – if you would like to add a child 4-6 years old, and include their age within the special requirements on the payment page, the crew will be able to advise you closer to the time whether conditions are suitable and organise bringing a child seat. If there are 2-adults and 1-child under 7, there are specialised 2+1 kayaks which can brought along also.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing this tour which will provide you with all of the relevant information, e.g. CONTACT NUMBERS, Â ADDRESS ETC.
Sunscreen (reef safe please) & appropriate clothing (wide brim hat & a long-sleeve top, or warm/windproof clothing), shoes are not essential (and will get wet), and polarized sunglasses are recommended for best viewing through the surface of the water.
You will be SUP boarding on the ocean, therefore heavy clothing is not suggested to be worn. Swim wear is recommended (to be worn ahead of time), and a spare pair of clothing for afterwards.
Medication: (If you require to take medication throughout the duration of this tour, please remember to bring this with you. If you deem it necessary, please inform a member of staff, on board your vessel, where within your belongings this can be found).
Seasickness Medication – You may experience seasickness out on the open ocean. We suggest that you should speak with your pharmacist in advance of your trip, to seek their advice on seasickness medication. We will not reschedule bookings or issue refunds for those suffering from seasickness.
This Tour Operator uses  a fleet of 4×4 vehicles, allowing for large groups and corporate events.
Toyota Coaster 4X4 Bus that can seat up to 20 participants, 4X4 mini bus that can seat up to 14 participants and a Toyota Troop carrier that can seat up to 9 participants.

Please be aware that refund policies do not cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable cancellations.
What if the tour provider cancels?
In the event of poor sea conditions, minimum numbers not being reached or for any other reason, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If your trip cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, you will receive a full refund.
What if you cancel?
If you wish to cancel more than 14 days ahead of departure, you will receive a full refund, less any costs or booking fees which may have occurred
If you wish to cancel between 7 days – 14 days ahead of departure, you will receive a 50% refund
If you wish to cancel less than 7 days of departure, you will not receive a refund.
