All Sydney Harbour Kayak Tour participants are priced the same regardless of age.

What’s included:
– Single or double sea kayaks, high end paddles & PFD (life vest) 
– A full safety briefing and kayaking lesson is provided prior to your tour commencement.
– Hot showers, changing rooms and storage provided at the Boat shed.

Please be aware that the crew reserves the right to prohibit anyone from participating if they deem it unsafe.

Please be aware that if you are not eligible as per the statements below, and this isn’t found until on the day of your tour, you will not be permitted to join the tour and no refund will be issued.

• Maximum weight: 100 KG, or waist size: XXL. 
• If you are pregnant, you’re able to join this tour at your own discretion, however, please be aware that pregnant bellies in the later stages of pregnancy don’t fit into Kayaks.
• Please be aware that this activity requires a medium-high level of physical fitness, and participants are required to know how to swim.
• Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted to join this tour. And participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are taking prescription medication or you are suffering from any injury or illness, then it is important that the tour operator is made aware in-advance. 

This tour operates out of Glebe, Sydney, NSW.

Please meet 20 minutes prior to your tour departure, at address: 123 Ferry Road, Glebe, NSW, 2037.

Customers are NOT contacted UNLESS the trip is cancelled. If you don’t hear from anyone, please meet at the time and location stated in your booking details.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing this tour which will provide you with all of the relevant information, e.g. CONTACT NUMBERS,  ADDRESS ETC.

Sunscreen & appropriate clothing (wide brim hat & a long-sleeve top, or warm/windproof clothing), shoes are not essential (and will get wet), and polarized sunglasses are recommended for best viewing through the surface of the water.

Heavy clothing is not suggested to be worn. Swim wear is recommended (to be worn ahead of time), and a spare pair of clothing for afterwards.

There’s a lock up area for all bags/belongings, changing rooms and hot showers.

Medication: (If you require to take medication throughout the duration of this tour, please remember to bring this with you. If you deem it necessary, please inform a member of staff, on board your vessel, where within your belongings this can be found).

Seasickness Medication – You may experience seasickness out on the open ocean. We suggest that you should speak with your pharmacist in advance of your trip, to seek their advice on seasickness medication. We will not reschedule bookings or issue refunds for those suffering from seasickness.

Please be aware that refund policies do not cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable cancellations.

What if the tour provider cancels?
In the event of poor sea conditions, minimum numbers not being reached or for any other reason, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If your trip cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction, you will receive a full refund.

What if you cancel?

If you wish to cancel more than 7 days ahead of departure, you will receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel less than 7 days of departure, you will not receive a refund.
